RETURN POLICY 

Taxes, Duties & Import Documentation Policy

Please be aware that all international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Check local customs regulations before placing an order.
  • Ensure all required import documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
  • Pay any applicable taxes or duties to receive their parcel.

We will not issue refunds for:

  • Orders refused or returned to sender due to unpaid duties/taxes.
  • Customers who fail to provide correct import documents or who decline to accept the shipment for any reason related to customs clearance.

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

At littlemunchkinsplaydough.com, we offer a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. We work extra hard to ensure fresh, superb products. We pride ourselves with responsive customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, you can return it for up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Please contact customer service: littlemunchkinsplaydough@hotmail.com

Please note that shipping costs are not refundable. Any product returned must be in the same condition it was received, in its original packaging, and mailed with the receipt. Customers are responsible for re-shipping fees.

### Taxes, Duties & Canadian Import Policy

All international shipments—including those to **Canada**—may incur **customs duties, import taxes, or fees**, entirely **excluded** from product prices and shipping charges. Customers are responsible for verifying local regulations and paying any charges required to receive their goods.

**Important – Canadian orders:**
Canada introduced a **3% Digital Services Tax (DST)** (effective June 28, 2024), retroactive to January 1, 2022, and applies to high-revenue digital services. Additional **25% tariffs** on selected U.S.-origin imports also came into effect March 2025. If your purchase involves digital services or goods imported from the U.S., you may face these duties at customs. Payments are the customer’s obligation.

**Our policy does not allow refunds** for:
- Parcels refused or returned due to unpaid fees,
- Shipments refused due to missing or incorrect import documentation,
- Customers who decide not to pay customs-related charges.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any associated customs charges in your destination country.

SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping.  International purchases may result in additional import duties, taxes, and charges. littlemunchkinsplaydough.com is not responsible for any additional charges that may result from international customs offices or any third party broker.

CURRENCY/PAYMENT
All prices are in GBP (British Pound). We accept PayPal, and other major credit cards. Please note that when we review your order, if any items are unexpectedly out of stock, or if extra shipping applies that you do not approve, you have the option to have your order refunded in part or in full.  If some items are not in stock, we will notify you promptly by email, and ask if you would like your order modified or cancelled.

SAFETY AND USAGE 

All products have been chosen with safety in mind. Age recommendations have been given within the item description. It is for the adult and educational provider to risk assess resources and activities based upon the individual needs of the children who will use them. All play should be supervised by a responsible adult.

Loose part play sets are by their very nature functional everyday household items, and as such will not all have a CE mark. The Toy Safety Directive lists an exclusion from the CE marking requirements for “products intended for use for educational purposes in schools and other pedagogical contexts under the surveillance of an adult instructor.” These products are not considered to be toys within the meaning of the Toy Safety Directive.
